Finding out more about the open roles inside the organization is vital to give potential candidates a detailed job description. I am willing to invest in hiring two or three individuals who perform various jobs for my drop shipping business. One of them is virtual assistants are the first position that many drop-shipping companies try to fill. These remote assistant positions are primarily responsible for covering tasks that the business owner is unable or does not have the time to complete. Customer service, database entry, drop-shipping advertisements, eCommerce marketing, and affiliate marketing in contrast to drop-shipping management are a few examples of this. Edwin plays an important role for this position.

A second position is for the role of the drop-shipping customer service representative is one of the most crucial in any drop-shipping. Drop-shippers may find it challenging to help clients with their orders because they don’t handle the things they offer. Hiring a committed employee to handle client complaints and assist with exchanges or returns is also beneficial. Along with having the ability to communicate with clients swiftly and precisely, these customer support representatives must also be proficient in using the eCommerce software and tools that the drop-shipping company utilizes. This task is performed by Pooja.

My preferred method of posting jobs on social media would be through company pages dedicated to recruitment on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The best way to motivate employees is to provide monetary incentives, bonuses, or more paid time off in exchange for reaching important goals. To boost spirits and relationships, provide chances for community service, social gatherings, and team development. Additionally, my friends will run my business in the absence of me. Pooja and Adwin use their skills to organise activities properly. I will also make a plan for 4 months, who will do a certain activities. If I successfully launch my business in the starting of four months, then I repeat the same process for next 3 years for better results.

In addition to paying my staff fairly for their labour, my goals for the workplace are to foster a healthy work environment. Through workshops, training sessions, and films, I would like to offer my staff members ongoing education. I would like to invest in training program for employee to increase their knowledge and skills for better results.

In addition to short- and long-term incentives based on their accomplishments and length of service with the company, some benefits I would like to offer my staff are dental and medical insurance. Employees in leadership positions permanently would be eligible for these benefits.

 Normally, it will depend upon employees and how much they provide output into the workforce for better productivity. A raise will increase after continuously working for six months. For my business, I would like to hire some seasonal workers in addition to regular staff. In my opinion, seasonal workers would be advantageous for the company in terms of labour costs that are economical.
